The last six months have been a productive, yet wet season, for Levera Nature & Beach Resort. Although the Caribbean experienced an extremely active and devastating hurricane season, Grenada, which sits further south than common hurricane paths, was spared. Grenada did experience a wetter than normal rainy season, which affected the development progress. November 2016 was one of the rainiest on record in the northern parish of St Patricks, Grenada. The rainfall caused the Sod Turning even to be moved indoors but the weather did break in time for more than 100 people from 20+ countries in attendance to witness the official start of construction of the resort.
